Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse or for ANY reason are not able to receive any shipments from Bundles773.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was lost or delivered and you have not received it, you must resolve this with the United States Postal Service.
